In order to offer our customers with the highest quality of after sales service available, we began leading the industry in 2010 with the establishment of a Saconets Support Center in Cameroon and Congo (RD). These centres provide consultations and respond to inquiries from customers regarding our technology solutions 24 hours a day 365 days a year. In the future we intend to expand after sales services to all the regions we operate. To take full advantage of customer comments, we communicate the advice we receive from customers throughout the company and reflect it in the services we provide.
